This is a "live instrument" room allows musicians to practice in their room noon-11pm, and is suitable for drums, pianos, brass and other loud instruments. This room has three small windows, track lighting, and is freshly painted.
Attached common areas include a great room and an acoustic performance stage, kitchen and bath with shower and huge 1920's clawfoot tub. Common areas upstairs include a second acoustic performance stage, a new Jacuzzi tub, kitchen, bath and large sound-insulated practice space. Downstairs common areas include a bike shop with secure bike storage, an air conditioned lounge with kitchen and full bath. We also have extra showers and bathrooms on the first floor, as well as private vending machines throughout the lofts for your convenience.
